Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale or clearance items.
Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
Items without the original packaging or tags.
Watches or accessories that have been worn or show signs of use (except for defective or damaged items).
3. Return Process

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation message.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
