1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
  Estimated delivery of 3-7 days via LBC for Provincial Address
  Same Day Shipping via Lalamove/Grab within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and tracking indicates delivery.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage for assistance.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
